Jelly Bellies Okay for post workout?

Alright so heres the deal, my only method of salvation sometimes in getting through a diet is to have a little sweets, and obviously post workout is the only time its okay. Jelly belly jelly beans have no fat, no protein init, only pure glucose/dextrose. Would it be to eat about 20 beans after working out couple with about 25 grams of dex and 25 grams of whey. It would stick to the 2:1 ratio of carbs to whey, and still have the liquid whey in there as well. Btw, this isn't a cutting diet, its a bulking one, but i still like to eat as clean as possible.

granted the glucose isnt the best for PWO the fact that there is dex and you are also putting in your own dex i think this would be an ok idea while you are bulking...JMO.

He's right. Glucose is often referred to as dextrose, especially in the food industry.
