Best source of carbs for PWO?

What would be a good carb intake for PWO? Currently I get my protein from either a chicken breast or a 40g whey shake.

Id prefer to get this from food if thats the best way, rather than expensive shakes.

    thanks

I get those bags of frozen chicken breasts. Like 10 pieces of 200g chicken. Its like a 4lb bag for 7.99

Shakes tend to be $30 with like 30 servings, no? What is a decent shake you would suggest for a cheap price?

How bout the carbs? I do currently substitute my chicken breasts with Whey when I feel the need to. I should probably switch over to optimum as its cheaper than what I am currently using.

Do a shake/dex for your first carb meal, solid food and a complex carb for your 2nd PWO meal.

sooo, what would be a good carb intake?

Besides a bottle of dextrose (which i can get soon), what foods are a good source of it?

That's all relative to your weight, height, goals, diet the rest of the day, etc. Knowing what you are supposed to eat is the easy part, knowing how much is the bitch. That's why I hired SC
