Yam!!!!!!!

I just have to ask what do you all think about yams as an early day carb source while cutting... i have heard they are really good for you but i have also seen that they have a fairly high GI 60-100 so what the hell do i do with my Yams YO?

Yams are a staple of those who diet/cut/etc.

I use them the last week of my pre-contest dieting before a show.

Can you elaborate on the timing of when you consume then, like as a pwo meal, or like for lunch w/pro? and how for precontest for you... because my buddy when Deplete week of show and night before contest he would explode his glycogen deposits w/ yams or sweetpotates ...

Maybe towards the end of the year, if the spirit moves me.

I'd rather focus on taking new pics for the website and getting into Hollywood stuff and magazines as I've been doing. That pays far better, and you get far more than just a trophy.

good point..this year im doing a photo shoot during my last few weeks of contest prep when im super ripped..i would like to have my face be shown all over as well. maybe ill see you in cali soon..
