    SHODAN DAN Guest

    New here.

    So this is where I come for diet advice!.

    Although I don't have much concerns regarding my diet, I do have at competition time when I'm trying to make my weight. I fight Judo and Kickboxing, so I look forward to getting some great advice from you chaps.

    Judo and kickboxing.. think theres a nother member around who does those two as well.. ask him for advice :P... other then that.. drink winny

    good to see you bikeboy How do you have time to do judo, kickboxing, and go to the gym?

    As a matter of fact I run a fulltime dojo. I know your trying to be fresh with me, but this forum isn't the time or place.

    Actually I wasn't trying to be fresh with you.

    I was going for a new start since I was the first to give you shi!t for bashing bdtr.

    Its safe to say you will not recieve any advice from Swole or any other member that has been around awhile when you talk smack around here. I have no advice to offer you...

    Gentlemen I'll remind you guys that SHODAN DAN and Swole have their own personal issue's around here. Swole has chosen to ignore him, I suggest you people do the same. I'm tired of people here only a couple month thinking their some sort of board police. If someone has a problem I suggest you take it to PM's.

    SHODAN DAN maybe its best you kept your opinions to yourself infuture and avoid these ridiculous arguments.
