The majority of things that i have heard about diet cola seems to fall into the "it will kill you" catagory by causing fermaldihyde(i kant spel gyt yewsd tew it) on da brain.. but anyways.. my concern is its affects on ones blood sugar, i know that its got caffiene which is nice, 0 calories, and aspartame(eventhough tomatoes have way more) which is a pimp amino used as a precursor for L-Tyrosine which is essential for muscle growth so thats like 3 homeruns right there, but i have read little on its actual effects on Blood Sugar or insulin levels.. if anyone has any knowledge on this matter i sure would like to hear it...
