1. ## 5gm Measurement

Now I do know 5 ml = one teaspoon . I need to confirm though, if one heaping teaspoon equals 5 gms. Just alot of my glutamine and creatine says take 1 heaping teaspoon= 5 gms.
Someone before told me that to get 5 gms, youreally need to take 2 teaspoonfuls??? Can anyone confirm this simple matter please.

2. confirmed

3. ## none

Confirmed what Bor? That 2 teaspoon= 5 mg or not?

4. Lol

5. 1ml=1gram when it comes to water and fluids with about the same density.

Dont know about creatine though. Just wanted to clear that upp

6. Yes I know that 1 gm of water of fluid is basically the same. But here, IM talking about 1gm of powder. So when they tell you to take one heaping teaspoon, guess thats 5gms ? Sorry to be so dumb lol

Confirmed.

Dumbasses!

9. Well will do just that. Guess I was doing the right thing with the heaping teaspoon. A heap does seem to have as much as 2 level teaspoonful anyway. Thanks
