    Protein nutritional supplement

    Hi all
    A friend of mine is lactos intolerance and asked me if there is any good
    Protein nutritional supplement out there for him.

    Well, i thought.... why not ask the guys at steroid .com

    He could certainly start with whole foods... chicken, tuna, lean beef, venison, etc...

    Has he tried any versions of protein powders?
