Tuna RALF!!!!!
If I eat one more bite of tuna or even smell it im goin to ralf everywhere. Is there anyother quick ways to get protein? Please say there is! I bought some chicken in a can but it also kinda smells funny IMO. Anything will be good just in die or need here. Dont want to mess up my diet. Its already not that good. I just eat when I can usually 5 to 6 times a day On top of 2 protein shakes.

Try lots of mustard and drown the chit in hot sauce. The hot sauce kills most of the tuna flavor and the mustard helps disguise the rest.

Yeah mustard/mayo/buffalo(hot) sauce are my favorite things to add to tuna to make it a little more interesting.

Are you cutting? If so i would not use BBQ due to the sugar in it, or at the very least find some that is very low in sugar. Otherwise as stated before, Hot Sauce and Mustard work wonders.

Things to mix in your tuna: salsa, hot sauce, fat free mayo, mustard, dash of vinegar, if it is a carb / pro meal toasted wheat bread. Mix and match. Get creative!
When the overweight masses are chomping down their Big Mac's they get what they deserve. When you eat right - you will get what you deserve. Tuna and chicken must become staples of your diet. Buck up! Eat right, to get that body you deserve!!

Some ppl may be more manly than me and eat anything, but i also like to enjoy my food.
And to me, Chunk Light is the Arbor Mist of tuna....its bullsh*t. Maybe your tuna hatred was not born from eating light tuna, maye you dont like albacore as well, but if its true you have been buying chunk light, try this..
6oz can of starkist chunk white
1 tbs fat free mayo
1-1.5 tbs sweet relish
on 2 peices of toasted "natures own" wheat bread.
or, even more tasty....
1 vac sealed pack of starkist albacore
1 tbs real mayo (or 2 tbs reduced fat for more moisture)
on 5-6 saltines.
Saltines 5 crackers 70 2 11 1
Mayo 1 tbs 90 10 0 0
Vac. Tuna 1 Pack 280 3 0 52
cal fat carb pro
510 15 12 53
This meal, to me, even though it is not bulletproof health wise (the fat could be lower) is delicious. If you need to make one meal cost a dollar more, and have 7-8 more grams of fat than it should, by all means do it if it means you arnt miserable. The relief you get from a meal that is 90% spot-on healthy, will make eating your next 3 100% healthy meals that much more bearable. Hope this helps ^_^. And i hope you give the recipies a shot, they make my heart sing, hehe .
ps. sam's sells chunck white and albacore packs in bulk ~.^Last edited by BrokenBricks; 02-25-2005 at 12:49 PM.

I'll usually eat it a few times a week, but I prefer chicken and steak. When I do have to force tuna down I do it with full fat mayo. That mixed with some fibrous veggies like broccoli tastes pretty good to me!

You could always do what this sick bastard recommends :-
1 can of tuna(150g tuna), about half a litre of diet coke and some whole flax seeds and sometimes a spoon of flax oil. Just blend it until the tuna is no longer chunky and enjoy

Bump for the Tuna Shakes
1 can Tuna - 1/2 can pepsi max and blend away until smooth (30 secs or so).
It's much easier to do in a hand blender as there is less mess to clean up.
Hold your nose and down it goes
My staple cutting food
