I started eating right about 7 months ago. I have put on 27 lbs. I went from 135 to 162 as of today. I did all of this by eating my ass off. No gear or nothing just good ole protein and food. So all of those who think they cant gain weight you can.

its true when i was bulking i went from 230 to 285 in 3 years no gear or tes of any kind... i was only about 16% bf or so i mean getting to 285 isnt hard but gettin there at around 15-16% is and eating 3x Turkey breasts a week is a lil tuff too

congrats. you never really realize how important diet is until you try it yourself.

good job bro. eating is a full time job esp when your trying to gain. I love when people want to gain weight and you ask what they've eaten so far that day and they are like "a bowl of cereal for breakfast" and nothing else. Ya your really gonna gain weight that way eating barely three meals a day. Its obvious you put in the time and have the results to show for it.

I love to eat food its become a hobby for me. Im glad I gained some weight but now I have to buy new clothes.
that kinda sucks ya know.
