Supplements worth it?
Other than protein powder, I am having a real problem justifying spending money on anything else. In my opinion most supplements are worthless, any opinions? (excluding EFAs, milk thistle, cranberry)

Multi-vitamin, Protein powder and Dextrose are key...everything else is gravy

Only thing I would add is a strong Amino Acid supplement. And this is almost like a protein powder , but meal replacements usually have about 20-25 grams of good carbs. I find them useful a lot.

Without my self designed blood pressure stack I would be on those worthless high side effect blood pressure medications, so I love my supplements. I take about 30 different pills a day.

IMO protein,dex and multivit are everything you need, took me a loooooooooong time and a lot of money to figure that out!

I've been using CLA, ALA and L-carnatine....I have had outstanding results...but it's probably a combo of everything..diet, exercise, etc.
Ok..well this week doesn't count...its been a bad week.

In my opinion supplement do exactly what they say on the label. They supplement. i.e if you dont get it in your regular diet than u take a supplement. Therefore if you get your diet in check and on the ball, anything else you take on top of that is just a bonus.
