LOOKS GOOD, YOUR CHOICE PRO/CARB OR PRO/FAT

Meal 2 - 8 egg whites 1 piece of toast
SCRATCH THE TOAST, ADD 1 TBSP FLAX

Meal 3 - 2 chicken breasts with 1 tbsp. of flax oil
THIS WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO HAVE SOME NATTY PB IMO, 2 TBSP =14G

    Meal 4 - Post Shake - (44 grams of whey protein,77 grams dextrose,creatine)
    OK!

Meal 5 - Chicken,Fish,Pork with rice or potatoe
LOOKS GOOD, REMEMBER BROWN RICE OR SWEET POTATOES AR BEST IN PPWO

Meal 6 - Tuna with flax oil
OK, IF THIS IS BEFORE BED YOU CAN TRY SOME NO FAT COTTAGE CHEESE OR A SHAKE W/ FLAX.

It looks good to me...hows my carb intake...too much...
Where are your greens? You definately need to add some fiberous veggies such as broccoli, mustard greens, spinach to your diet as you wanna keep your bung hole working. I would have greens with meals 3 & 5 personally although i do not know what times these meals are being consumed. Solid start and i wish you the best of luck.

Besides diet, cardio is imperative in the cutting process.

It gives your body something to run on while the protein does its thing

Can someone explain why pro/fat is better on cardio days than pro/oats. Didn't think it mattered since both halt lipolysis?

I know I dont buy into the whole need for P/F meal after cardio. I think P/C is ideal to keep from looking flat while supplying energy for an extended period of time while also adding soluble fiber (heart benefits, mental benefits, digestive benefits, etc). There are many testosterone benefits from carbs also.

Have you ever seen MikeXXL before? He doesnt diet down with that whole P/F meal concept but yet looks better than 99.9% of this board. Alot of focus seems to be taken away from total kcal intake and put onto P/F intake at all times instead.

I have done all P/F a few times (and P/C PWO) and I dont think I will do it again. Too much muscle loss and I cant stand to have zero vascularity and flatness all day because of zero carbs.

My thoughts exactly. Without some oats about an hour after cardio I feel like crap the rest of the day. I guess it depends on the individual to an extent.
