Today's cutting diet
Almost the same as yesterday, but here it is...just trying to get it perfected.
185 - 13/14% BF - 24 - First cycle 380mg/week Test E & Winsteol 50mg ED (last half)
Meal 1:
Oatmel, 1 cup milk
1 lg. Banana
20g whey w/ water
Meal 2 (PWO)
200g Chicken breast
1 cup rice
20g whey
Meal 3:
1 can tuna
2 slices wheat bread
Meal 4:
200g Chicken breast
Lettuce/cucumbers
Meal 5:
.7 pound steak
Lettuce/Cucumbers
Meal 6:
Whey, 1 cup milk mixed with water, 1 tbl p butter (Shake)
1 can tuna
Totals:
Totals 2439cals 57fat 180carbs 302protein
The total fat is just a tad high I think, no? The p butter is def what does it, at 8 grams of fat per tablespoon.
I dont have any flax as of yet, but I will be getting some soon.

Chicken has 35g protein.
Ill look into that PWO recomendation and figure out what I need to do to fix itLast edited by newbrew; 03-04-2005 at 04:30 PM.

I would make meal # 2 (chicken & rice) your meal # 3..... and replace meal # 2 with dex & whey as said above...

So I did the research at the Grocery store cuz i was curious why milk was so $hitty and found that no matter what fat content the milk had....they all had something like 15g sugar (give our take a couple b/c its been awhile). Just thought i'd throw that in there.

Yup, no matter what type of milk it is (level of fat percentage) the carbs and sugar content are always the same.
