    cutting right?

    Cheers guys, for i've been learning a lot from you all.
    I changed my diet, taking into account what was said here.

    Well it goes a little sth like this:

    6.45 whey, flax (omega 3/6 or LA), multi-vit.

    7.00 80g of oats or 80g of brown rice with eggs whites, depends on
    humour; soy milk, kiwi or orange or apple.


    10.00 tuna fish mixed with scambled eggs, tbsp oil , fruit.

    13.00 E.F.A.+
    eggs 3 whites+ tuna, a tin or a chicken breast.
    I add 100g of veg.

    15.00 pre wo
    brown rice and eggs whites 50g + fruit

    17.00 weights 1 hour or so, plus strech

    18.00 pwo: whey+honey tbsp.

    19.00 ppwo
    lentils & eggs, 100g/3whites
    brown rice + beans, & tuna fish 100g/a tin
    pasta + tuna fish 100g/a tin

    21.00 couple of fruits.

    23.00 'fore bed whey +flax

    ingredients might change a bit over the time, still it's the
    same nutritive valour at the end of the week on my note book.
    I'm 5ft1, for 12stones, looking for loosing 4 or 5 pounds before rebulking, can see my abs already.

    Hope you'll tell me what's off the map.

    WHY PRO/CARB HERE? YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS PRO/FAT AND DITCH THE FRUIT.

    TUNA W/MAYO WOULD SUFFICE, AGAIN DROP THE FRUIT.

    PRO/FAT HERE AND DROP THE FRUIT.

    THIS SHOULD BE 2:1 RATIO OF PRO/DEX

    19.00 ppwo
    lentils & eggs, 100g/3whites
    brown rice + beans, & tuna fish 100g/a tin
    pasta + tuna fish 100g/a tin
    A CHICKEN BREAST W/ BROWN RICE WOULD BE BETTER, DROP THE BEANS AS MOST ARE LOADED WITH SUGAR.

    21.00 couple of fruits.

    I suggest you read the cutting stickie and if you have read it before, well read it again. You have way to many carbs in your approach, remember it will take 4-6 hours for those carbs to have any effect so if you want, you can make your first meal of the day pro/carb such as a shake w/ eggs whites and 1 cup of 100% rolled oats plain.

    Also you should be performing cardio 5-7 days a week at your target HR for 45-1hr.

    There is cardio here, hiit or lypolisis type 4 times a week.Didn't put for it is me diet only, see?

    legs aren't cereal, they do make themselves complete. Again 100g of rice + beans ain't that much o' beans man.

    21.00 couple of fruits.yep, low gi, there's no piggin' out, good stuff, i'll go for it.

    Give me exemple of what you say, my carb intake is going to change though, for that's 'em who're going to get reduced progressively as a cutting process.
    I'm almost done, stagnating at me last 4 pounds.I only used food from now on...
    Anyway, your help is defenitely appreciated.Answer me,so i can learn...

    I agree with most of what muriloninja said, but where in the hell did you get the idea that beans are full of sugars? They are one of the better complex carbs out there.

    I like Black Beans a lot. Seems to be a good source of fiber also.

    I cope with them, i don't have high gi fruits,oranges mostly, they're part of my diet.I use them just like one would use sweet or chocolate, pleasure, satisfaction, and not necessary before bed.
    Anyway, it's a couple...These carbs are counted in my note book, i'm almost done,i succeeded in loosing fat with this diet. What i 'd like is to improve it a bit so as to spare me the money i would spend on thermognics or the like...
