    Today's cutting diet

Almost the same as yesterday, but here it is...just trying to get it perfected.

    185 - 13/14% BF - 24 - First cycle 380mg/week Test E & Winsteol 50mg ED (last half)

    Meal 1:
    Oatmel, 1 cup milk
    1 lg. Banana
    20g whey w/ water

    Meal 2 (PWO)
    200g Chicken breast
    1 cup rice
    20g whey

    Meal 3:
    1 can tuna
    2 slices wheat bread

    Meal 4:
    200g Chicken breast
    Lettuce/cucumbers

    Meal 5:
    .7 pound steak
    Lettuce/Cucumbers

    Meal 6:
Whey, 1 cup milk mixed with water, 1 tbl p butter (Shake)
    1 can tuna

    Totals:
    Totals 2439cals 57fat 180carbs 302protein

The total fat is just a tad high I think, no? The p butter is def what does it, at 8 grams of fat per tablespoon.

I dont have any flax as of yet, but I will be getting some soon.

HOW MUCH OATMEAL? DITCH THE MILK (MIXING CARBS AND FATS)
MORE PROTEIN... YOU COULD ALSO MAKE THIS A PRO/FAT MEAL

    Meal 2 (PWO)
    200g Chicken breast
    1 cup rice
    20g whey

PWO SHOULD BE PROTEIN AND DEXTROSE IN A 1:2 RATIO

    Meal 3:
    1 can tuna
    2 slices wheat bread

MAKE IT 1 1/2 CANS TUNA

    Meal 4:
    200g Chicken breast
    Lettuce/cucumbers

HOW MUCH PROTEIN IN CHICKEN BREAST?
    MAKE THIS A PRO/FAT MEAL.

    Meal 5:
    .7 pound steak
    Lettuce/Cucumbers

LESS STEAK... 4 OR 5 OZ IS PLENTY

    Meal 6:
Whey, 1 cup milk mixed with water, 1 tbl p butter (Shake)
    1 can tuna

1 CAN TUNA AND 2 TBSB PEANUT BUTTER IS FINE... OR OLIVE OIL, OR FLAX OIL.

    DITCH THE MILK

    Totals 2439cals 57fat 180carbs 302protein

EDIT: The milk is nonfat, it is 1 cup oatmeal. I really like having my first meal of the day somewhat enjoyable. Oatmeal with water just really doesnt do it for me. Is milk THAT bad?

    Chicken has 35g protein.

Ill look into that PWO recomendation and figure out what I need to do to fix it

If the milk is non fat, that means it has much more sugar... not good while cutting...

Also, in addition to AandF6969's critique:

I'd recommend Natty PB vs. normal PB....

I would make meal # 2 (chicken & rice) your meal # 3..... and replace meal # 2 with dex & whey as said above...

So I did the research at the Grocery store cuz i was curious why milk was so $hitty and found that no matter what fat content the milk had....they all had something like 15g sugar (give our take a couple b/c its been awhile). Just thought i'd throw that in there.

Yup, no matter what type of milk it is (level of fat percentage) the carbs and sugar content are always the same.
