    Question EFA's....

    hey guys, with regards to the "how to cut sticky" i saw a few examples of some EFA's but i was just wondering of any others just to throw some variety in the diet? any input would be a great help...thanks a lot!

    how much of the PB do u use daily?...like a couple tablespoons?...or?....
