Egg yolk fat vs flax oil

What is the best fat source If just looking at fatty acids then I guess flax blows yolks away.

But when considering all the vitamins ect that is in yolks then what realy is the best fatsource to eat while cutting?

Organic egg yolks have higher vitamin E and Omega-3's than regular egg yolks, but they still don't compare to flax seed oil.

Is there anything benifical besides the fatty acids in flax seed oil? If there isnt I think Il get half my fat from yolk and half from flax oil

Flax has Omega 9's which alot of fat sources don't have. The vitamins (A,E) in egg yolks are very easy to find elsewhere.

Dietary cholesterol isn't really that bad, all the latest studies say that anyway.

Well the most recent studies say eating 4-6 egg yolks a day made no changes in serum cholesterol. Serum cholesterol is affected moreso by saturated fat and trans-fatty acids.
