3 weeks left for cutting diet
I have a few questions.. my cutting diet is basically the sticky but at about 3000 calories. i have 3 weeks left and cardio is up to par and everything is going great. ( i say 3 weeks but after spring break i have to jump back on the diet for competition in june)
question 1: Should i cut out anything or just keep going like i am? (maybe 1/2 cup oats in the morning)
question 2: is one EFA better that the other.. flax vs almonds or NPB
question 3: Should i try swoles 7 days to get lean program?
question 4: Should i make pwo 50:25 dex: pro instead of 90:45?
question 5: Should i stop having 1 cheat meal a week?
Overall everything is going great i have gone from a bulky 225 to a ripped 205 and feel havent lost any mass as far as i can tell! 5'11 and 19 years old
