Was just wondering what amount of sodium should i be eating aday in my diet, how much is to much, i notice that all this tuna i am eating has about 250 or more mg a serving.

Sodium isn't hurting you as long as your drinking enough water. If you are trying to compete and want to lose some water weight I would take away some sodium
