Critique my diet
Ok...here goes..Goal is to drop some fat while keeping most amount of muscle possible. Stats 6' 225lbs
Meal 1: Protein Shake (50g) with flax (45 minutes afte 1 hour morning cardio)
Meal 2: 3/4 cup of oats with a lil skim milk (i know)
Meal 3: 1 can of albacore tuna
Meal 4: 1 can of albacore tuna
Workout (2 hours later)
PWO Shake (50g/75g dex)
Meal 5: Chicken breast with brown rice or yakisioba
Meal 6: Protein Shake before bed (50g)
currently running 50mg of turinabol ED

personally- i would have the oats in meal one(without milk--with water and splenda) with some egg whites. shake in meal 2 and I would add some Natty PB, almonds or cashews in meals 2 and 3 and 6

yep get some fats w/ those tuna's or try turkey and veggies inplace of one tuna meal
and some fat w/ your nighttime protein shake or better yet a meat and fat to prolong the protein throughout the night

Ok, so just add some fats and I should be good to go? What do you think about what was said about breakfast. Should the first meal (45 minutes after cardio) be oats or my protein shake?

Post cardio needs Fat/Protein for continuation of Lipolysis ex: Handfull of almonds or NattyPeanutbutter or Sunflowerseeds n' protein No carbs and i guess if you kan weight 45min after cardio thats fine.. im so hungry i barely make it 20min

Is that enough cals though? I only see me getting 2,000-2,500 with 100 gms of carbs and 320 gms of protein.

but seriously if he throws in EFA's/ vegies / big turkey or chicknbreasts or a steak or 2 he will be fine..
