flax oil or ground flax seeds?

sup guys whats better flax oil or ground up flax seeds in your pro shake? i hate flax oil with a **** passion. could i sub it with the seeds??

i like the Flax Meal (Ground Flax) it makes me Gassy as Fawk though from the mad fiber but its just that Fat and Fiber put that w/ your protein and you got a nice time release factor involved...

yeah it tastes so much better than the oil. the oil is just ****ing nasty. i about gag everytime i drink it. wheere can you find this flax meal??

order it online at vitacost.com im sure these others.. Some BIG Walmarts have it and most healthfood stores have it but at HealthFood stores its like 60% more

buy whole seeds and ground them yourself that way you will get ALOT more health benefits then if you buy pre grounded. All the lignants ect gets ruined very quickly after the seeds have been grounded.
