Does anyone else get sick when cutting?

Things were going awesome. Dropped more than 2.5% BF in the last 3.5 to 4 weeks.......

then all of a sudden I get this really bad cold.

Does anyone else have this problem. Seems to be fairly regular problem for me when I am on a cutting diet.

used to happen to me, gotta ease your body into the diet, too much too quick is no good. Your body shuts down if drained to point of exhaustion (atleast thats what happened to me)

I've gotten this way one time, about 4 years ago, however I was doing everything totally wrong. Wehn I eat enough food protien, take good vitamins, and try not to overtrain too bad I dont get sick. I think if you try to do it all too fast it's easier to get sick.

Thanks all. I figured I was not the only one. I did make some pretty drastic changes to my diet. I think my body kind of told me to walk before running.

I do agree that vitamins are critical while cutting.
