    body fat percentage question

I might get flamed for this, but is there anyway to tell how much bf you have lost by the amount of lbs you have lost? say if someone has lost 20 lbs and arms, chest, and all other measurements have remained the same except for the waist. kinda stupid question but just wondering

most likely you have if thats the case. You should be able tell because you do see yourself everyday. Get it tested then you'll know for sure or post pics.

On average, about 2-3 pounds of "pure bodyfat" lost equals approximately 1% decrease in bodyfat for a leaner person. It is also assumed, that you didn't gain any muscle. These are assumptions~
