    Please critique my Diet Plan

Hey, new member that was about to jump into roids with no knowledge... luckily i found this site and read a lot first. So basically the roids are collecting dust in my drawer until i put on some natural weight to get a better base... Good thing it expires in 2006. I'm 24, just weighed in at 165. Up 10 lbs from 2 weeks ago. 5'10"

Anyways, just looking for some critiquing of this diet i've just started. My pants are starting to not fit.... whoops.

    AT HOME
    Meal 1 - 6am
    5 Eggs (hard boiled)
    whole wheat bread
    1 shake

    AT WORK
    Meal 2 - 9am
    1 can tuna
    3 scoops mayo

    Meal 3 - 12pm
    1 cottage cheese
    2 slices cheese
    3 slices ham
    2 scoops mayo
    2 pieces bread

    Meal 4 - 2pm
    1 can tuna
    3 scoops mayo

    AT HOME
    Meal 5 - 5pm
    1 shake
    1 cottage cheese

    Meal 6 - 7:30pm
    6 slices ham
    3 slices cheese
    2 scoops mayo
    2 pieces bread
    2 cups of milk

    Meal 7 - 10pm
    1 shake

I'm hitting the weights hard, only working two groups of muscles a trip and working them to failure with heavy weights, lower reps.

Let me know anything i could change... i calculated the diet to around 6500 cals a day... and like 300g protien

    Lightbulb

Brilliant move i must say by postponing the use of AAS until you platue... they are mass dependent there fore the bigger you are the more you get out of it due to increase in receptors from increase in mass. that aside lets do this diet kuz im bored ><

Meal 5 - 5pm if this is PWO? you need to have a 2:1 ratio Dextrose/whey shake e.g. 70g/35g wait about 45min then eat protein/carb meal like chicken rice or turkey and yams
    1 shake
    1 cottage cheese

    Meal 6 - 7:30pm
    6 slices ham
    3 slices cheese
    2 scoops mayo
    2 pieces bread
2 cups of milk Milk isnt all its cracked up to be Try Soy milk instead

    Meal 7 - 10pm
1 shake Add Flax 2tbs or better yet eat like a slab of meat and 2tbs peanut butter or flax. the meat will last longer through the night and keep your muscles happy longer

Increase your eating freq to about 2hrs throw in some natural peanut butter or almond butter, use FitDay.com (-thnx Murilo )to fine tune calorie intake

Fitday.com com is the go. I bought the software it is awsome. I am no guru but I would be very surprised if there is 6500 calories in that diet. If Swolcat see's this he is the man that can give you the best critique
