Im about to start eating alot more of this. Checked out the reciepe forum already.
Im just looking for something quick and easy not a meal though. More like for a side dish or just to eat by its self.
Anything will be of help.

for a good carb meal go with equal parts red beans and rice, throw in a small serving of canned tomatoes with green chile peppers. add salt, pepper and chili powder, enjoy. If you throw in some extra lean ground turkey you can have your ppwo protein as well.
