Please Critique my Diet !
usually wake up around 11 , I can do that with my type of work.
-I start the day off with a breakfast like 2 cans of tuna and a shake at 11
-around 2 have a shake of muscle milk with whole milk and bowl of oatmeal
-Before workout I have a shake and an apple or banana
-PWO I have a Shake with Flaxseed Oil and Dextrose and a scoop of Glutamine with a couple steaks or chicken breast
- PPWO I have 3 cans of tuna and some beans if I have some made
-before bed time I usually munch on 3 or 4 burgers containing 20 grams of protein each burger
flame away , I know its a bad diet but hopefully with your help I can get on the ball.

Very ugly diet ><
work on your Fat to Protein to Carb ratio for each meal
try to acquire mad EFA's
!!!NO FAT for PWO or PPWO f's up your protein absorbtion rate!!!
and no food w/ PWO SHake .. just take in your 40gPro/80gDex and wait 45 min then FEED...
Before bed Eat Lotsa good Fats and Protein prefer and maybe come High FiBer Carbs
BTW Protein is one of the most toxic things you will ever put in your body.. try to never exceed 75g's of protein in a 2hr period except for the combination of Whey Isolate PWO Shake and your PPWO meal those can usually add up to about 100 but thats pushing it IMO
My buddy takin in 400g Protein a day went to doc and the doc is like Dood your going to DIE from protein he had Protein Level 2?
he was 240lbs solid

Work on making up for your excess protein calories with EFA's Almonds/Avacados/OliveOil/NattyPB/Salmon/Flax/etc... and Good Solid complex carbs Lentils/beans/vegies/rice/oats/grains/barley/etc
