    Rate my daily nutient intake

    I would have called it a Diet but I didnt post foods...

    Hey bros hows this for daily nutrients I calculated it all out.

    4470 Calories
    650g Carbs (2600cals)
    400g Protein (1600cals)
    30g Fat (270cals)

    ********************
    (All seperated throughout the day - I know there a little high )
    25g Creatine
    25g Glutamine
    30g BCAA
    35g R-ALA
    40g Taurine

    Oh yeah I forgot to tell ya... its for a lean mass cycle.

    how much do you weigh? id prolly up the fat a little if you're a bigger guy. and maybe drop the carbs 50 and up the protein that 50g.

    what the hell are you taking that much of those supplements for? That's an overkill IMO...
    As for the diet, it depends on when it's consumed and what you eat with it. I wouldn't have that many carbs for a lean mass cycle though. JMO

    Im not that big of a guy around 210lbs looking to go up around 20-30lbs and see what I look like then.

    Bcs it comes pre-mixed and dirt cheap this way. I know there over a bit especially the taurine.
