I just picked up a new weight gain formula, as you can see it contains this per every 100g
371 cal
40g protein
carbs 50g
fat 2g
I also have a shake with protein and complex carbs which contain the following per 100g
369 cal
35.5g protein
50g carbs
4g fat
is this to much to be getting by powder or will it be a good addition to my diet ? flame away dudes

I will take in 120 gms of protein everyday with shakes. Kind of easy to do when you think about it. Meal #2, PWO shake and bedtime.
