I need more variety in my diet, any ideas?
I eat a lot of chicken, hamburgers, venison, tuna, spaghetti and when I can afford them steaks. But I need some variety, I find myself getting hungrier and hungrier everyday and I'm getting bored eating the same stuff over and over again. What would you all recommend?

extra lean turkey meat. There is so much u can do with it.
also go to wal-mart and pick up a turkey tenderloin. **** good!!
also pick up some fat free whip topping and freeze it. tastes like ice cream. I eat it PWO w/fruit
eggs, particularly an eggwhite, ff cheese, mushroom, onion, & pepparoni omlet w/ slenda. IT'S OFF THE CHAIN!!!! great pro/fat meal (i use turkey pepparoni and just add a dab of olive oil to the eggs) oh and pepper too...

i like to eat as a snack inbetween meals a rice cake with natty peanut butter on it

tuna in a bowl with b-b-q sauce, particulalry 3 cans, 120 grams of protein for like 3 bucks, im so there!

ROFL body cant absorb more than 75g' pro in one sitting Plus Protein is EEEXXTRREEMELLY TOXIC! excess = Death i shyt you not friend.
im about 238@10%BF and i never consume more than 40g's Pro a meal..

dude you only die from too much protein if your body absorbs crazy amounts of protein like 1000 grams a day, if anything I would die from mercury in the tuna if I ate that every day. also, it depends on your body how much protein you can handle per serving. everyones body is different.

lol my buddy wieghs 240lbs at about 13% BF consumed about 400g's protein a day .. went to doc and had lvl 2 Protein? doc is like BACK OFF or you will die .. so i told him EAT MORE MEAT and you will be ok

yeah its cool. please no more muscletech promos either. I don't have a hard time growing, thats easy. I have a hard time eating chicken and hamburgers every 1.5hours
