cheat meal question????????
if i am wanting to peak in 3 weeks with my cutting diet. should i go three weeks without a cheat meal or have a all out cheat meal and the end of week 1 and then not cheat again till diet is over. or should i do something like have a carb up day each week???

wut BF% are you at n' what are you planning at Halting at in 3 weeks?
if you still have a good %1+ i would make 1 cheat day now and keep it mild
and cycling carbs can be benificial but everyone is different and some respond better than others like some people do a 6day rotation i can barely do a 3 ><

i am somewhere around 6-8% bf, but i am just wondering how yall cheat when it is getting close to say competition or beach time?

honestly i dont cheat i just bump carbs up a lil for one day then back down for about 2 or 3... usually my dailiy activity and work out regiement dictates my daily carb intake...
