    Diet critique I formulated......

    Here's a diet I made for my roommate that is trying to put on some mass. He is 5'9 165 (no gear). Im just putting down the macros not every detail about food. Just looking to see if im in the ball park for numbers. Thanks

    40 g Protein
    40 g Carbs

    *apple b4 workout???? He is in between times of eating so im not sure..Help!

    Workout 1200

    PWO 1-130
    40g Protein/80g Dex

    PPWO 3:30
    40 g protein
    80g carbs

    Meal 4
    40g protein
    13g fat

    Meal 5-8 Same as meal 4

    Totals: 2628kcals, 330g protein, 200g carbs, 65g fat.

    Substitute one of the pro/fat for one more pro/carb. If he is bulking you have him eating his last carbs at 3:30, get some more in around dinner time.
    I should add, my dinner is about 8-9pm.
