    Hungery!!

    This cutting diet is really hard. I feel hungery all the **** time i wish i could just bulk year round.

    I'm cutting seriously right now too, and I'm hungry all the time as well...

    Drink LOTS of water, and if you're going to eat, make it clean!

    I would love to eat clean all the time but when im out and about and i see the fast food can't help but eat everything on the menu. Is it better to eat bad or not at all?

    better off grabbin a bar from 7-11 before eatin fast food. Even if you go for fast food you can atleast just get grilled chicken and toss the buns to hold u over IMO.....Also if i know i am gonna be ot all day I sually pack a coolerbecause I havr been in yor situation many times
