How long will it take to notice some results from my diet?

    This is my diet:

    8:00am
    4 egg whites-20-24g protein, 0g carbs
2 slices of whole wheat bread-6g proteing, 20g carbs
2 slices of turkey ham-10g proteing, 0g carbs
    1 breakfast bar- 13g protein, 3g carbs

    10:30am-
Whey Protein shake-46g protein, 2g carbs

    12:30pm
    1 big chicken breast
    salad

    3:30pm
    1 cup of rice
    steak

    5:00pm-workout

    6:30pm
    Whey protein shake

    8:00pm
    1 can of tuna
    some crackers

    10:00pm
    Whey protein shake

    My stats:

    Age: 20
    Weight: 170 pounds
    Height: 5'9
    Body fat %: About 15%-16%

I'm consuming around 200-250 grams of protein per day and about 80 grams of carbs per day also. I started this Monday...how long should I wait to see some results?? My main goal is to burn as much fat as possible and try to get abs by summer time. I'm also doing cardio for about 45 minutes every day at 5:00am. This diet is really killing me, and I'm planning to do it for about 10 or 12 weeks. Another question...can I let loose on the weekend?? I mean, I know you can have a cheat day, but can I take both Saturday and Sunday to eat junk food??

    Thanks in advance...

Cutting sticky atop the page would greatly help you.

I'd look into that for SURE!

Yeah bro, I read that, and from what I see, I feel like I'm doing almost everything right. However, I would like your opinion on something since most guys here say you are the ultimate diet guru. I'm currently studying electrical engineering, and as you might guess I have some problems with my schedule, so I go to Subway's sometimes and eat a Chicken Breast Footlong with a diet coke. Is that ok?? I also substitute my whey protein shakes for a Detour Bar from time to time. I would appreciate your opinions a lot.

Would those two things affect my diet significantly or not?? How long will it take for me to notice some good results in fat loss?? Sorry for the many questions bro.

This is a cutting diet? Please re-read the cutting stickie, i see little to no EFA's in your approach and thats just the beggining of your problems, try again.

i see no fat your diet, it is essential in any diet....better having real food instead of bar....try packing a cooler for the day(for the shakes bring bottled water and a shaker)
If you have certain goals to reach by summer I would have ONE cheat MEAL not a day. There is a lot of info on this board about diet and cardio especially. Keep reading bro
