I've had it too, but i'm sticking to the cans. Too expensive and there's less protien in the pouches.

I like the can better. I've had both, and I find that the tuna in the pouch has a different texture that I don't like, and is too dense and hard to break up. Plus it costs more.

yea man i hate that canned tuna......the water in it makes it so gross. the pouch is dry. to each his own but i prefer pouches....think they are like 92 cents at walmart.

yea they're not too bad price wise... i mean if you consider the fact that tuna is cheap as balls anyways, it's really no biggy... i usually buy the pop top cans which are moderately more exp. than the regular cans anyways... so it isnt much of a stretch for me to go for the pouches... it might add 2 beans to my grocery bill a week... whatever..............

easy and convenient... plus they cant get holes poked through them in ur bag like the pouches do...... they have water, but it isnt too big of a deal...

i just put old bay seasoning, or a1 sauce, or bbq on it and u cant even taste the fishy flavor...

Negative .. Turkey has an abundance of L-Tyrosine in it as compared to most meats... and Tyro isa PIMP AMINO even helps w/ moods
if your not gonna eat turkey eat Aspartame !!! LoL since its the precursor in the metabolic pathway for L-Tyrosine so drink that Diet Cola Kids.. just not w/in 30min of consuming protein.
