Either train on an empty stomach in a fasted state not eating prior to your workout with low-intensity training for a longer duration to accomplish less in more time or train while fueled prior to your workout with high-intensity training for a shorter duration to accomplish more in less time!

wouldnt u burn more cals doin low intensity and longer time, then say high intensity and shorter time?
maybe because im tired, im not makin any sense...but opinions would be helpful on this guys...thanks so much!

low intensity conserves muscle, if you go higher than that you're burning muscle too. i don't want that...
