Where do I get Salmonella from?
Most infections with Salmonella are traced back to dairy, poultry and meat products, but Salmonella can grow on just about any food. Chickens and eggs are particular high risk foods.
How does Salmonella cause disease?
After Salmonella is eaten it passes through the stomach to the intestine. Here, it binds to the wall of the intestine, and through some special proteins that it makes in response to the particular conditions in the intestine it actually penetrates the barrier between us and the outside. Once it has gained access to our insides, it is taken to the liver or spleen. For most other bacteria, this journey would kill them, however Salmonella has evolved mechanisms to prevent our immune system from doing its job efficiently. In the liver, the Salmonella can grow again, and be released back into the intestine.

Salmonellosis (salmonella poisoning) see also Food poisoning
Usually contracted by eating tainted meat (meat that has not been butchered, frozen, thawed, cooked, or reheated properly) or eggs, but ca also be caught through contact with an infected person or someone who has been handling tainted meat. Symptoms are similar to those of Gastroenteritis - Diarrhoea, Fever, Abdominal pain, and vomiting - but in severe cases Salmonella bacteria invade bloodstream as well as gut causing inflammation and Abscess development in kidneys, bladder, heart, or joints. Such cases are fortunately rare, most Salmonella infections being fairly mild; main risk is dehydration from vomiting and diarrhoea.
If diarrhoea lasts for more than 3 days, and is accompanied by fever, pain and vomiting, consult your doctor if there is no improvement in 12 hours. Your GP may prescribe drugs to control vomiting and diarrhoea, and possibly antibiotics to destroy residual bacteria. Otherwise treatment is bed rest and plenty of fluids.
Your choice, but egg is different to water. The only thing id worry about is loosing muscle to illness that could have been prevented JMO.

Use dextrose and isolate.
Raw eggs suck both for sickness reasons and for bio-availability.

cornflakes and cook the egg whites. dex is a corn derived sugar and raw egg whites are terrible for absorption. cooking them will help your body use the protein...optimal, no but definitely better than raw.
