Need Diet INPUT Plz
Goal: Drop 3%BF and put on approx 12lbs muscle in 16weeks
Stats are hiddn.. but not unaccessable
n'eways off the the races...!
ECA: Mornin Cardio 45-60min 60%MHR
Eggs: 6whites, 1 yolk 30g'Pro
NattyPB: 1tbs ~8g'Pro
Tuna: 2.5Servings 35g'Pro
Turkey: ~40g's which is like 38gProtein so like 2g'sUnsatFat
BrussleSprouts: 1.5Servings ~80cal's worth veggies
(either repeat of prevouis meal or..)
Steak: 14oz Lean cut ??g'Pro
eggs: 2 full 10g'Pro
Eggs: 5~6 Eggwhites 25-30g'Pro
OatMeal or Barley: 1/2cup
FatFreeCottageCHeese: 2-3 Servings ~27g'Pro
Apple: 1/3-1/2 of Pink Lady Apple for Citruline Mallate
(Lift for couple hours or so and eat scronnie GymRats)
PWO Shake basic 40|75 Wheyex im thinkin approximatly 40g'Pro?
Turkey:40g's Or 6EggWhites 30~38g'Pro
Salmon: about 8oz cooked in OliveOil ??g'Pro
10:30 -11:30 goto bed somewhere in there. Unless im feeling Frisky.. Then i goto bed sooner (im'a lonely bastard)
it would be nice to get some insite on this please any and all possible suggestions, Especially from ~SC~ or Ninja. ThankYou ALL!
btw i never really count cals.. seems as long as my bloodsugar is flawless and i always have a slight HINT of hunger im on the right track ..

Give us ur stats bro.. The diet plan look good 2 me but i dont know ur stats 4 more specific help ** i notice that ur fat intake is little bit high for a cutter.. give us stats*(juicing??)
