Cutting Diet, read this.
Hey everyone. I am currently 6'2, 200 lbs 16% BF trying to cut down to 10-12% BF. I am on a strict diet consisting of High Protien, Moderate-Low Carbs, low fat. I eat 4 meals a day, and 2 shakes, totalling 6.
Meal 1: Cottage Cheest, Fiber Cereal, Non-Fat Milk
Meal 2: Post Workout Protien Shake
Meal 3: Turkey Sandwich, wheat bread - OR - grilled chicken breasts
Meal 4: Chicken Breast, Turkey, Cottage cheese, something high in protien again....
Meal 5: Same, Chicken Breast , Salad, Steak, Rice, Beans.
Meal 6: Protien shake before Bed.
I am also on day 9 of my 8 week Clen cycle. Eating very high protien, low carbs, low fat. How does this look?
I am lifting 3-4 times/week, cardio 7 days a week. Running 1.25 miles in morning on Empty Stomach, and doing 30 min POST workout. On non-lifting days, doing 45 min cardio.
Looking good? Changes?

Just wondering how many carbs are in your diet? i would say if your 200lbs ,moderate carbs at 100 will be perfect, the rest look good protein and fat........:)

I'm running my clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Total of 8 weeks. I am on my 9th day, not noticing anything yet.

IMO if you really want to increase your metabolism then get rid of the shakes and replace with real food. I'm also not a huge fan of dairy products, I could due without them. I would try something like this.
1 6 egg whites 1 cup oats
2 6 ozs. chicken breast with 1/2 cup rice, veggies
3 can of tuna 1 cup egg noodles
4 6 ozs red meat small potato
5 8 ozs chicken large salad
6 6 egg whites.....
Just my thoughts
