    Egg Nog

    I was looking at a carton of egg nog today and noticed that 1 cup has 250cals, 8gpro. 33gcarbs and 9.5g fat.I'm 29 5-10 150lbs i am on a weight gaining diet want to put on a good 30lbs would this egg nog be a good thing to add to my diet or is this stuff just plane bad for u. any opinion welcome

    I love egg nog but only have the opportunity to drink it about 2 weeks out of the year.

    But, it's pure crap for your body, tastes so d*mn good though.
