broccoli, as well as any cruciferous (sp) veggie, has anti estrogen chemicals as well... they're very good to eat... eat one or two servings daily... eat it with your last meal before bed for best results...

diindolymethane (i think is the name of the anti e)... not that powerful, but it is a small detail that can help out over a long period of time...
