Critique my Bulking Diet for Upcoming Cycle....!!!!
Here is a diet plan I came up with based on the sticky in this forum. I altered it to my liking and think i could stick to this no problem for 12+ weeks. Here are my stats 5' 9" 212lbs 14%bf. I want to put on nice amount of mass and get up to about 225-230lbs. Here is the cycle i will be taking next and also here is the diet I think would be best. Please give me any input I am open for changes to the diet if its something i think i can stick to 100%. Is there too much of something or too little??

The diet looks good to me, but I would agree, add antoher 20 grams or so of EFA'S. As you said though, almonds would be perfect.
Very nice and educated cycle too, I'd guess around ur 4th/5th?

Yes, it would be suitable while natural. 1.5g/lb is a good rule of thumb IMO....
I would tone the protein down a little bit myself (when natty)... but not that much. 350g would do.... remember, after your cycle, your body will theoretically require more protein than now... as you'll be bigger... just remember that everyone is different.
