    Can Crystal Light hinder cutting?

Just like Splenda is listed as zero carbs, crystal light is also listed as zero carbs, but both contain sweeteners.

Too many packets of splenda can add up according to what I read on this forum.

But can a tub of crystal light added to a gallon of water amount to enough carbs to pose a problem when trying to calculate total macros for the day?

does 1 tub of crystal light consumed in 1 gallon of water every day pose a problem? or does it truely not matter?

    thanks

I am drinking the Raspberry Ice right now, and it's delicious.

It won't be an issue, no.

I made some last night. It suggest 1 pack per 2 qts but I used 1 pack for 1 gallon and it was fine. Lemonade!

most artificial sweetners have calories per gram... the catch is that they are 1000 times sweeter than sugar, so you need 1000 times less of them to equal the sweetness of sugar, therefore you will get about 1000 times less calories... you would need to consume thousands of gallons for the calories to add up with most artificial sweetners...
