Help! Only have 2 weeks to cut...
I am going on a Spring Break cruise in two weeks, and am starting this week to cut. My goal is to have 30-50 g of carbs a day this weekk, and then take water-eliminating pills next week, and consume less than 30g of carbs a day after that.
I am 5'11, 185lbs, about 10% body fat
My diet consists of:
Meal 1: 4-6 egg whites, 1 scoop yogurt
Meal 2: Chicken or steak, 2 scoops peanut butter
Meal 3: 2 scoops whey shake
Meal 4: Chicken or steak, stir fried with vegetables
Meal 5: 4-6 egg whites, bowl of lettuce
Meal 6: 1 can of tuna
I'm relatively new at cutting...have usually just bulked/trimmed...but I want to look **** good in two weeks...I'm open to any comments/criticisms.

two weeks isnt enough to cut down too much... if you lose a large percent bodyfat... you will loose a lot of muscle with it... id just diet enough to lose 3 lbs and call it a day...

Would you use or recommend the water-elimnination pills? I have friends who have used them and swear by them...

it usually takes a good four weeks til results are evident...and water pills may drain the water, but as soon as you eat something outta whack or drink a little the water will come right back on.

Just go on vacation as you are and have a good time.
You should have planned this a long time ago. "Water elimination pills" AKA "DIURETICS" won't do sh*t for your look if you still have fat to lose, even IF you were to use VERY STRONG ones like Diazide/Lasix/etc.
As Colossus said, scrap the entire idea.
