    MMA fighter needs critique on diet.

    I am currently 195lbs. around 20%bf. 5'10'' 24 years old. Here is my diet and my program for training. I will be guessing on the amount of calories I will be burning during my workouts.

    This is what I have been doing for nearly 2 weeks. I feel good but I just want to make sure I am not making any big mistakes. I am 195lbs. now and I need to get to 180lbs. So that I can fight at 170. All, I will have to do is loose 10lbs water weight and I will be where I want to be. I am not working right now so when I am not excercising I (don't do ****) just wait till the next thing I have to do for my training.

    8:00 am. I do different excercies for my cardio every morning. I do 30 minutes at my fat burning heart rate. It takes me about 4 minutes to get to my THR and wiht cool down I excercise for about an hour. I burn around 600-800 calories.

    umm.. i dont like it personally first if you spread out your meals to Fat/Pro Fat/Carb and incrase your EFA's you can intake more calories feel better and still burn fat .. read cutting sticky and gain some background. and back off the protein shakes seriously
