So I'm cutting and staying very strict with my diet and I'm down over an inch on my gut in only 2 weeks.. :) ...my question is for my cheater meal is it ok to go to a pizza shop with my boys once a week...they usually go on Sat. What I was thinking is upping my cardio to 1hr. in the morning instead of 45 min. Does that sound ok :unsure:

Its cool to have 1 cheat day per week, no reason to up the cardio because of it bro!
Italian subs and cheesteaks are my weakness. If you do not live in or around Philly you never had a real one and wouldn't understand. So I better not read one post that says I love going to subway and getting those too. :p
