Cutting Diet Question

Can someone adjust that for a person with my body type
6'4 325lb 40w 58 chest. My pics are in the members pictures thread (6'4 335lbs pics)

Looking to cut it "weigh" down, Not ripped, but shed some BF.

Im still doing my research, just wanted to get and idea (in terms of numbers of chicken breasts, cans of tuna, beef, that i need to have on hand each day).
