Thread: porridge oats

How effective would it be for me to eat shed loads of this stuff daily. I have already started putting 100g in both my shakes but was thinking of making it 200g and also doing another shake.
This would be on top of my diet already of course.

Define "effective"? For bumping up your calories/carbs it would be VERY effective. It all depends on the effect you want.

im on bulking phase right now so was looking to add another 500 calories to the 2800 im on right now
