hey guys i am trying to come up with a cutting diet and i need some info if you guys can help. i need to know about or exactly how many cals, protein grams, carbs and fat grams are in the following
1. brocolli-1 cup=?
2. avg chicken breast=?
3. natty peanut butter-1 tablspoon=?
4.olive oil-1 tablespoon=?
5. almonds--1cup=?
