I just started recording my calorie intake and found that im getting more than first though, but today I have got over 3000. Ive wrote down everything ive had below but does it seem to match up with 3000 cal or do you thik i calculated it wrong ?
1 large rice crispies
200g poridge oats
120g mushrooms
175g mince
20g onion
200g pasta
4 slices brown bread
1 bag crisps
450g complex carbs protein shake
300g peak mass shake
200ml bolognese sauce
now i dont consider the above to be a great deal, although the portions were fu*kin massive. What you all think?
