6% BF in 12 weeks
guy in my office, has a bet that he can lose 6%BF in 12 weeks. He is currently 5' 9" 172LBS 15% BF. He used to lift but stopped about 4 or 5 months ago. He plays hockey 2 times a week and takes MMA twice a week. He does plan on doing cardio every morning 3-4 times a week and start lifting again. You guys think its possible???????

Yes. Bodybuilders drop more than that getting ready for competition. And take into consideration its easy to lose bodyfat when you have a lot (15%) compared to when you have little (8-10%). If he knows what he's doing than yes.its possible.

It is possible. But you have to factor in what you perceive as his driving factor and/or experience cutting fat. If the only reason he's doing this is for the bet then your chances are good.

With the right diet and some good old ECA you can drop lots of BF really fast.

well u can loose 2lbs of pure fat a week maybe a lil bit more but thats unlikely so 2lbs = 1~2% a week easy 6 weeks ~ 12%
yay 12%

I could drop from 15% - 9% very easily. More around 8-10 weeks.

I went from 17% BF to under 8% in 12 weeks and I was intensely dieting and doing cardio (interval running) for 20 minutes 3 times a week. It for sure can be done so I would be careful betting against the guy, heh.

Don't take the bet.
Yes, it is possible to go from 15 to 9% in 12 weeks if he was a former lifter.
