my deca/sus cycle eating
:lift: im into my third week of my deca/sus cycle and this is a typical days eating feel free to give me any advice /tips thanks
wake
8.00am-- 100g porridge oats/1/2 pint skimmed milk
10.00am- carbo/protein drink with 1/2 pint s.milk( 60g carbs/30g protein/1g fat)
TRAIN
12.00 --scrambled eggs (2 yokes/6whites) 3 slices toast
2 no fat yogurts
2.00pm --- protein drink/1/2 pint s.milk (30 g protein/2 g carbs/0 fat)
4.00pm---2 large potatoes baked and 1 tin tuna
large piece of oat meal flap jack
8.00 pm 100 g porridge oats/1/2 pint skimmed milk
10.30 pm protein drink (as above)
